“My family stayed at this cottage while visiting the historical triangle. My kids absolutely loved fishing off the bridge and catching the tiny crabs around the property. I loved the amazing views and proximity to everything we needed. The homeowners were incredibly helpful and friendly whenever we needed to communicate. Highly recommend!! ”

“Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here.”

The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. “The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner...
