Di room was nice. No trash basin or kups, so dat made it eco-friendly. Microwave and fridge was good, although fridge had food in it from previous persons.

The first room I received was dirty, they transferred me to what they said was their only other room available, which neither heat nor the a/c worked in. By the time i got settled in it was 230 AM, and they offered me a 20$ refund for that night and a transfer the next. Still haven’t received the refund.

What a joke
We arrived after booking a jacuzzi suite through hotels.com. We were told they dont use hotels.com and they dont have jacuzzi suites, and then was given a number for Expedia to call for a refund. Total disappointment.

This room was filthy, had a smell and carpet was dirty! The jacuzzi mirror had stains and and the jacuzzi itself was dirty . Tub was dirty, no tissue, toilet was yellow, bathroom floor was muddy, bathroom sink was stopped up, bedsheets had stains, AC DID NOT WORK!! I was charged an extra $17 bucks because they said they said expedia under charges the customers! I was disgusted and could not leave fast enough! I want a refund! Never stay there! The worst part, no one cared!

It was 87 in my room with no functioning AC unit. The room was absolutely filthy. Owners Couldn't even go get a cheap toilet paper roller for the room. The worst was when you contact Red Lion for help. They rmail you and tell you its and independent franchise of their parent company. If you are traveling don't stay here. You have been warned.

The room was so-so. Very poor lighting. Bathroom tub and toilet were unclean. No continental breakfast as was stated. Appearance on the facility was unkempt, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

they didnt have my booking even thou it was made a week before it was finally there 45 minutes after we tried checking in dont pay for rooms before you get to the hotel

Our room was horrible the bathtub was dirty & there was hair in the tub, the bedsheets had stains on them did not look like the sheets were cleaned after the last guest, the light & T.V was on like someone had just been in the room or just left the room and I asked the front desk assistant if we could get clean sheets also I asked him if someone could come clean the bathroom so that me and my guest could keep the room he refused, he also refused to give us another room. I will never visit that hotel again.

A hot mess
The room was nasty. The bathtub was gray and it was dirty tissue behind the door. The shower wont turn off and flooded the bathroom. When I called front desk they said they only had two towels lefts. We used all the towels for the floor and didn't any for ourselves.

For the price I paid for my over night stay could have been a little cleaner and up to date. I don't appreciate paying over $100 dollars and having roaches in room, lights blew out, walls dirty, dust all over light fixtures. Headboard dirty looks like haven't been wiped in weeks. Bathtub could have been tad bit cleaner as well. I'm just disappointed with the quality, area was in and that price I paid.

The property is serviced regularly by pest control, so your comments are surprising, but we will ask them to make an extra trip out just to ensure everything is as it should be. Disappointing to say the least
I’v been here multiple times it went downhill and now management is trying to get it better but it needs much work. I’m a contractor myself so Ik exactly what it needs in reality and the sinks doors Windows and floors are just the start it needs new beds sheets towels and amenities. Just being nice I didn’t see any bugs or rodents which is the best part stayed for a week. The sink was blocked.

Worst Hotel room EVER
The check in process was easy, however I did have to make a trip back to the front desk as the clerk did not provide a wi fi password at check in. Just the overall appearance of the structure lets anyone see the lack of pride and concern for maintenance. Trash is allowed to pile up in bags under stairwells and other areas. The first morning I went down for breakfast (Sept 22 2018) there was stale bread for toast, no milk for cereal and a cockroach crawling on the counter. The clerk was asleep behind the counter with his bare feet propped up. The hotel website touted amenities in the room that were absent, such as a coffee maker. The phone in the room was also confusing, as it had the label from another location in the chain on it and the instructions were not for the Livonia site. Rest assured that this hotel chain will never have me as a guest, no matter the location. I would have done better to sleep in my car.

The front guy was super creepy and the room was dirty. There was bugs everywhere and bedbugs.

The room itself was ok however...the parking lot was extremely dark; the person working there was very rude, the “breakfast” food available was old and had flies in the cereal (the person even suggested I eat at a restaurant instead if I wasn’t happy); the stairwell was dirty with trash and flies.....not a pleasant stay at all. Will not choose this one again. And I hate having to say all that - sadly disappointed.

Run down and smoky
Non smoking room was selected but the room smelled horribly of stale smoke. I should have asked for a different room but I doubt it would have been different. In fact, the posting at the front desk that said no refunds after 10 minutes after check in should have been my clue. Room was clean though, tv, refrigerator, hot shower and bed was comfortable though so it met my needs for a place to crash after last night event. But I wouldn’t stay again.

When we arrived guy couldn't find reservation so I had to pay $2 more then I was quoted on reservation. The carpet was sticky and when I was sleeping a bug crawled on me from under the covers.

By the time we arrived, the owner had decided to sell our paid for room to someone else. He then tried to put us in a used room that smelled awful. Do not stay here even if it is the last place in town!

The owner is rude to his customers because he had an issue with his internet service so could not give us our reservation that we reserved through Expedia. And now Expedia will not return or money that we paid for the reservation, so when I called and talked to the owner he was very rude and threatened to kick my dad out of his room

On Point
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, had three great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

It is just was ok .Parking is not the greatest especially for larger vehicles. It had snow n they hadn't cleaned it up very well. Very slick n dangerous even to get to room. We stay a week n they only changed the sheets once. They did come in N straighten n clean. Had problems with tv. No plug in bath room to give kids a bath had to do a wash cloth. The only good was it was quiet n close to who we were visiting. So I guess overall it was just ok
