My experience with this property and host was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The listing was completely misleading — what was advertised online looked nothing like what we walked into. The unit was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible dust, stains, and an unpleasant odor that made it hard to stay comfortable.The host’s communication was unprofessional and dismissive. When I reached out about the issues, they were either slow to respond or made excuses instead of offering real solutions. It was clear they had no concern for guest satisfaction.To make matters worse, customer service through VRBO was just as unhelpful. Instead of resolving the situation, they kept transferring and merging calls, making it nearly impossible to get a straight answer or support.I’ve never used this app before nor will I book again through them. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property — the photos and descriptions are not accurate, and the lack of accountability from both the host and the platform made the situation even worse.Bottom line: save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
