No te dan nada de lo que ofrecen no limpian amenos que lo pidas no cambian las sábanas en toda la estadía, no hay café cómo te lo dice la reseña del hotel ni te dan desayunos

Would have been nice to know that the entire hotel was under construction, also we were really looking forward to using the hot tub (that was shut down with no notice) and the pool (that was an unsafe looking creamy blue color) pretty disappointing.

Our stay was during a renovation period so that was taken into consideration. Our room was somewhat clean as the tile floor was very sticky so we mopped it with the lysol wipes we brought. The lip if the sink had mold/mildew growing so bad it took about 6 lysol wipes to get that clean. Our toilet seet wasnt screwed down so my husband had to bring in his toolbox to tighten that. The door on the armoire was off and the wood veneer was peeling. The plugs on the light to plug in your phones were so loose we couldnt charge our phones. There was tile missing on the baseboard behind the toilet. The sink handle was not attached so you had to move it very carefully to get water. Our coffee make was missing the brew basket. No extra toilet paper. Furniture looked unclean. The mattresses had stains on them really should be in watter/bug proof zippered bags so they can be wiped down after every guest. Our bedspread looked like it was dragged on the floor in dirt prior to being put on the bed. No linens for the pull out bed. Pool had to many/not enough chemicals in it as the water was very cloudy and had a foamy film on it. The staff was nice and did their best to fix some of the issues. Suggest during a renovation to close a floor at a time so the reno work can be completed prior to moving on which would help in not having rooms in disarray or half way done. FYI i think the compay you hired to do the reno is doing a very sloppy job, you get what you pay. We more than likely will not stayhereagain

Ongoing renovations in the lobby and dining area created a lot of dirt and dust where you entered the lobby. The hot tub was not working and the pool had a white film on top of the water. The breakfast choices were very minimal. I have had much better options for my breakfast at other Comfort Inns. It is not a good idea to allow dogs on the couches in the lobby like we saw when leaving later after checking in. The jacuzzi tub in our room did not work properly either. The water came out in a trickle.

Well, to start off I booked 2 rooms online only to arrive at the hotel and they only had a reservation for 1. That makes a stay for 7 people really uncomfortable to say the least. The hotel is under renovations, which would have been nice to know because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The elevator was out of order and that’s fun when your room is on the 2nd floor. The hallways smelled of paint, carpet was torn up and thrown all over. Empty boxes all over the place, loose nails just thrown all over the floor which is extremely unsafe, exposed wires and overall just dirty. I would love a refund or at least a discount because the stay was uncomfortable. I complained to the hotel but was directed to Expedia since I used you for booking. I have also taken multiple pictures that I would love to provide as proof.

I should have read the other reviews or realized there was an issue when I got such a cheap rate. The hotel is currently being remodeled. Our room didn't get cleaned while we were there. The halls stunk. The pool was clean though. Hot tub doesn't work. There was coffee downstairs, but the coffee maker in our room was missing pieces. No towels at the pool. Sink in room leaked. I hope the remodel makes it better.

One reason I choose this place was that they offered breakfast. There was no breakfast. The hotel was FILTY , reeked of marijuana and was loud. The lock on my room was broke and the faucet dripped. I was up ALL night

NEVER AGAIN, AND I'VE BEEN USING THIS HOTEL FOR 12 YEARS Went for a mommy & daughter adventure for my daughter's 14th birthday and pretty much everything went wrong! - The elevator was out of service LESS than an hour after arrival (It was fixed within two hours) Hot tub was COLD for hours....Kids knocked a FOOT Of water out of the hot tub, causing it to ICE COLD

Staff were friendly and very helpful. First room had some issues with lighting moved to a second room then had issues with key card/lock and accessing channels on both tvs. The hotel in general was very noisey both from rooms and hallway even after 10:00 pm. Then the next morning we were woke up at 6:30 to someone in the room below yelling on his phone during several different phone calls over approx. an hour.

This property is being remodeled, but for the price that was not really a problem. The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. Not drywall dust, but chicken bones and other garbage strewn about. Our first room had an obviously broken toilet. Our second room was very dirty with an overwhelmingly unpleasant odor. However, all of the hotel staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hopefully when they get their remodeling done these issues will be fixed.

When checking in, lobby awful smell then heard from Other upset customers there were NO TVs at all in Hotel!?!?! Never have I ever been to a hotel without a TV in Our room! Asked for money back! So disappointed! This hotel is not setting a good example at all for the Company!!!!!!!!’

I hate to give this poor review as it appears the owners may be trying to do a remodel. There were rolls of carpet in the lobby. But check in was unimpressive, barely a conversation. The sheets looked like they had been slept in. The bathroom had dirt in the corners and the tub was very stained. No coffee maker in the room, but there was coffee. The carpet was filthy. The food served at breakfast was inedible. There was no coffee the second morning, no one to complain to. If they are trying to improve thi gs, the least you could do is blow all the debris, weed and dirt from around the entrance. Not a good first impression. The hotel was very quiet, probably because they had very few guests. The surrounding hotels were busy.

Let me preface this review by saying - I travel frequently, on a beer budget, and I do not have high expectations when booking a cheap hotel to spend a night in. I fully believe in you get what you pay for. That being said this hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. The nastiest place I have ever stayed. We pulled up and there was only 2 other vehicles in the entire parking lot, that should have been our first red flag. Second red flag is that we walked into the lobby, and had to press a ring style video doorbell and then wait aprox. 5 minutes for staff to come to the front desk. Once we completed an excessively long check in procedure we were given our keys and headed to the 3rd floor to go to our room. The elevator was very dirty, gum on the floor, garbage on the floor, not to mention covered in grime and dirt. When we got off the elevator onto the 3rd floor we were slapped in the face with the most disgusting smell, and air that was just hot and thick. Zero air conditioning or air filtration on the 3rd floor. Stepping over trash on our way to our room. Once we got into our room, it was jus as hot, and just as stinky, and just as dirty, There were big stains all over the carpet, the toilet came completely off if you leaned to the right, the bathtub was black with dirt in the bottom and had a literal ring around the tub. There were cigarette burns in the curtains. It was the definition of dingy and dirty. I'm fine with old and outdated, but there is no excuse for FILTY.

It was clean for the most part, stains on carpet which are a turn off. Bathroom sink had a leak under it and maintenance men came to our room because they had to check the smoke alarm.

Would NEVER EVER recommend this hotel! It was absolutely filthy from the moment we walked in to the time we walked into the room. Looked like nothing had been cleaned in weeks. Upon entry there was atm receipts and grass all over, the desk clerk acted as if she didn’t see us (we were the only 2 people in the lobby), rolls of carpet laying in the middle of a hallway, elevator was filthy, the hallways you could barely see due to poor lighting, the room had an odor to it, bathtub had a black ring around it, no towels, no soap for hands or in the bathroom, the bed looked like my 4yr old made it, the pillows were like throw pillows with pillowcases on them, stains all over the carpet. Needless to say we did NOT even stay the night like we intended.

Everything was broken and disgusting. They were under “renovations” and tried using that as an excuse for cleanliness… The people were rude and just down right mean. Would not recommend. And they still have not released the incidentals deposit.

Upon arrival the entry was dirty atm receipts and other paper all over the floor, the desk clerk acted like she didn’t see us (we were the only ones in the lobby), construction materials all over, elevator was filthy, entering the room it had an odor to it, the tub had a black ring around it, the bed was slapped together, they used what appeared to be throw pillows for the bed with a pillowcase on them, no towels in the room, light switches that didn’t work. Would highly suggest NOT staying here.

Hot tub broken upon arrival. Was told it was broke for a "couple weeks" so far and no timetable on it being fixed. Didnt want to use the pool after seeing it either. Not sure if this place was being renovated but I found paint and plaster everywhere in my room. Couple huge rolls of carpet or something taking up most of the space in the "dining" area and a stack of something piled up where the "business center" was supposed to be. Parking lot all busted to hell, stains everywhere in the hotel... Then I heard other guests complaining about bed bugs (I didnt see any in my room) Honestly, if this place wasnt at the cheaper price it was at and if all the hotels in the arent werent booked due to the event in town i came to attend, I would have went somewhere else.

We never stayed! I called the day of arrival to make sure they had a hot tub (that's what we look for) and that is was working. They said "yes" to both. Upon arrival that evening, the first thing I see is a sign that says the hot tub is down. We left for another hotel that actually had a working hot tub. Don't appreciate staff not knowing facts. I would have cancelled if I was told the facts. It would be nice to get my money back!

It was not clean in here at all. Hair in the bed and all over the bathroom floor. Mold above the bathroom door. Air conditioner is super dirty. Needed $100 extra to have a hold on my card that wasn't mentioned before we checked in.

I would not recommend staying here. Its VERY dirty! We had major stains on both of the bedding and mattresses. The couch in the room is very visibly stained, there are also large stains on the carpet. The hot tub was out of order and the pool room was very rundown, pool was cloudy, so we chose not to use it. The hallways don’t look like they’re ever clean. I understand they are remodeling, but they’ve completely neglected any parts of the hotel that are open and servicing guests.
