On site parking lot was good. It’s an older building but secure. It wasn’t what I’d describe as luxury but it was adequate. BTW, once you book it, there’s a high cancellation cost, even if you change your mind within minutes. Also, there’s 2 miscellaneous fees plus a cleaning charge included in the price. You don’t see the breakdown until you book it.

The room to which I was assigned was very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the plants. The building however at times had a foul odor, walls in the hallway needed repair and updated. The concierge was friendly and helpful and had a welcoming smile. Parking was convenient.

Detroit Stay

Great property, in a great location. This is an older building, but there are many updates. Easy walking to many Detroit locations.

While I wouldn't call it "luxury" the place is comfortable and perfectly located. Having a parking space is a great perk. The bed is comfortable. The shower is on the weak side but fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy.

2/10 Terrible

The place was loaded with "air fresheners" that were obviously there to mask other smells. Area outside did not feel safe. Only ONE AC unit that did not work properly and was not enough to cool the entire place. It was listed as "luxury" but at best "if it was actually clean" it would be considered a below average apartment. Bad communication. We couldn't even stay one night.
