We had a nice stay here over Christmas. The property management company seemed to be overly sensitive that we not check in before 4pm on our arrival date. We came from out of state and had to ask for the address because they weren't going to send the address or check in instructions until 3pm. We got to town about 20 minutes before 4 and just drove by the house to make sure we knew where it was before heading to have early dinner. There was a car in the driveway so I contacted the management company just to make sure there weren't wires crossed. I was informed it was still the cleaning crew getting ready for us and we were NOT to go in before 4pm.... like 4 times in this conversation. I don't know if that has been a problem for them in the past but it felt aggressive to me and was a little off putting. There were only 4 coffee cups for a house that sleeps 8 and we broke down and bought disposable plates and flatware because we were having to do dishes constantly to have enough for each meal.Other than those minor things, the house suited our needs. We'd stay again.
