Staff often didnt speak english or misunderstood us frequently, but they were all friendly. A lot of families were there with children, i imagined it as an adult oriented resort, but if you have kids, probably this is also a good place for you. ”

“This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...
