I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Our rooms had awesome views and bathrooms had an open air ambiance with rain showers and soaking tub. Vinesh our porter and club car valet was always there when needed.Restaurant staff and food was also top notch.Wished we stayed a little longer.A must stay at Taj when in Munnar !”

“Excellent staff behaviour. Food is not much tasty. Approaching road to resort is very bad bad. Ambience very good. Any complaint is very prompt. In buffet system not much dishes is of North side. ”
