“Check in and communication was great. The house was a good size. Cleanliness was not great, bathrooms needed a deep clean, there were no products to use like said, wasn’t a problem but what was there were used items. Would have been great to have more towels, 6 of us had to share 3 towels. Overall it wasn’t terrible especially since we just stayed one night but if we were there longer more eye to detail would have been appreciated. Also a steak knife was hiding behind a picture in the hallway...

“The AC/Heat thermostat went down and took a few days to repair... Those things happen.We put a load to wash, and water leaked all over and we had to clean it up and when I mentioned it to the owner there was no response. The oven failed to get hot and mentioned it to the owner he had no responseThe security alarm kept beeping, and I sent a message to the owner and he had me unplug it. Had me plug it in a few days later and it still beeped. I unplugged until we left, the yard looks nothing...

“Checked in after dark. The house numbers are hard to read at night. Nice found check in was a breeze. Nice, clean home. One fire alarm was chirping. Restful stay. In the future I would consider upgrading beds to king wherever possible. Thank you so much!!!”
