“We were so disappointed when we arrived, the house was tidy but definitely not cleaned. After finding other hazards, including a blood trail on the floor, we decided to leave. My family, including our 4 children, had to promptly try to find new accomodation, hours from home. Upon speaking to the lady in charge, she was extremely rude, extremely un helpful and refused to be of any help to us, or reimburse us for the any of it, despite staying no longer than 40 minutes. “We loved our stay here in Launceston. The accommodation was fantastic, beautifully clean and well presented. One of the things I was most nervous about coming to Launceston in autumn was that I would be very cold but this accommodation had excellent heating and I was toasty warm inside. We are keen to come back and would absolutely book this accommodation again.”
