  • Welcome to unit 405 in the Residences of Lighthouse Cove, the perfect beach getaway! This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, two bathroom, condo is located in the heart of Dewey Beach on the Rehoboth Bay, and one block from the ocean, with an easy walk to Dewey Beach shops, restaurants, and nightlife, or a
    bus/trolley ride to Rehoboth.

    This fourth floor modern two bedroom, two bath, condominium sleeps 5
    comfortably. The spacious first bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite
    bathroom, access to the balcony to view the morning sunrise or evening sunset , and Roku TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo., and stackable washer/dryer.
    The living area boasts a comfy oversized sectional, TV, gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony with seating to enjoy the incredible views of the Rehoboth Bay or Atlantic Ocean!

    The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite
    countertops, counter seating, as well as a comfortable dining area to enjoy meals or play games with your family or friends. Bed linens, pillows, and shower towels are provided and two dedicated parking spaces are included in the building's parking garage with secure elevator access to the condo.
    The inviting, expansive multi-level plaza is available for guests to enjoy the
    rooftop infinity pool, community grilling stations, fire pits, and outdoor seating
    areas to take in the amazing ocean views and stunning sunsets over the bay. The
    lower level conveniently connects to the Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar.
    Guests will also enjoy access to hotel amenities - indoor saltwater pool and fitness
    center.

Great location, comfortable rooms, clear and communicative hosts. The property with its pools (in and outdoor) and a semi private bayside beach was perfect, overall this was a fantastic stay in every regard.

We really enjoyed our visit! The condo was very clean, close to a lot of great restaurants, and had easy access to the beach. The hosts were great to work with. We would definitely come back!

The place was clean, nicely stocked with kitchen supplies and has great lighting. The beds were comfortable & sheets & towels soft. Conveniently located, pools were also nice. 2 issues - 1) the music from the bar nearby was loud & unavoidable in the primary bedroom; 2) someone parked in one of our parking spots & it took some time to sort this out. Management was kind, helpful & responsive.

The condo was updated and clean. Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great roof top pool. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had the best stay! Our hosts did an exceptional job of anticipating anything a guest might need, providing a beautiful, centrally located, tastefully decorated home away from home. There are gorgeous water views from the balcony, and it was very easy to walk or take a quick drive to beaches, dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Robin was a pleasure to communicate with, and we would highly recommend this lovely property to others.

Very nice condo in a building with nice amenities. It’s also a great location, you can be at either the bay or the ocean in minutes.

Very clean room, it felt like home. Even on a rainy day staying in was cozy. Host was very friendly and excellent communication upon arrival. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Great Stay in Dewey Beach!

My family and our dog had an awesome stay in Dewey Beach. The place is exactly as described and clean. The balcony had a nice view of both the bay and ocean. The place is within walking distance to the bay beach, ocean beach, multiple restaurants, and a coffee place. Really good spot! Definitely would recommend.

Family vacation in Dewey, DW

Beautiful condo within walking distance to the beach. The location is perfect. The condo is across the street from the Rusty Rudder which was having a major party one night during our stay. We could hear the music and the people on the street, which is not a complaint, just an observation.

The condo was perfect - amazing location, every detail thought of, well decorated, well equipped and quick turn around on answering questions we had. I hope they are picky / diligent about who they let rent it - Dewey is such a party scene and I'd hate to see the place trashed because it was really well appointed and done. Beds comfortable, lot's of extras we didn't expect like laundry detergent, iron, etc.

Beach getaway

The unit was modern and clean, with direct access to the bay and an easy 1 block walk to the ocean. After a brief snafu getting our key cards, our host Diane was most accommodating for our needs.

Great location. Clean and spacious. No iron or ironing board, fireplace didnt work. Refrigerator and cabinets don't close correctly. TVs are difficult to use.

Great 3 day weekend

The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable, couch too. Location is great, lighthouse restaurant food is very good. Beautiful sunsets on the bay. Parking is easy. (A little confusing getting to the unit bc elevator sign only shows 3 floors when there are 4… but all good once in). Very dog friendly. Robin and Diane are attentive and easy to work with. We look forward to a return trip.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this unit. We appreciated the amenities, including many dishes and utensils (I’ve stayed in units where there are exactly 4 dishes and utensils, so you have to constantly wash dishes after each meal), good quality pots and pans, and plentiful bath towels. They were extra things, like dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent provided, which I don’t remember reading in the listing so we packed our own. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We don’t wear shoes inside the house, but forgot to pack our Swiffer like we usually do. Our bare feet and socks were fairly clean! We appreciated that the unit is dog-friendly and there was no dog smell or dog hair anywhere. Diane was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again. .
