The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Immaculately clean. Tasteful beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture. Perfect location for an event in Rehobeth Beach. The water and sunset views from the large balcony were simply beautiful! We can't wait to return!

I go to Dewey Beach every year with my family. This condo has a beautiful view of the bay which was a definite plus; however, when we arrived, we had to do a major cleaning of all the dishes as they were stored dirty as well as santitize and clean out all dresser drawers. The master bedroom drawers under the bed where filthy. The first night when I went to take a shower, the drain wouldn't drain and I had to notify the owner. He sent over the property manager who thankfully was able to resolve the issue. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. are very sparse so it is hard to prepare big dinners for a large family. The towels and sheets are not high quality. The mattresses in the double bed and bunkbed room were uncomfortable. With all this being said, we had a nice vacation and enjoyed the sunsets and thunderstorms from the deck. Overall rating therefore was Good rather than Exceptional.

Amazing location, gorgeous property full of amenities!

The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect for our stay. We were in the middle of everything where we could walk to the beach, bay, restaurants and bars. We even got a “private show” one of the nights from the gorgeous balcony. The property is noisy as it is in the middle of everything but it didn’t bother us. A note for other guests, you do have to bring your own linens, This wasn’t an issue for us as the property manager clearly communicated this and we drove. It may be a challenge for other guests if they’re not driving. Only complaint is the floors of the property were dirty. We could see the dirt on them and there was literally a grape left behind from a previous stay. This wouldn’t keep us from staying here again because the property was overall nice but it was a bit of a surprise given the caliber of the property. Overall, an incredible stay. Perfect for 3 couples and quite comfortable! Highly recommend

Overpriced and underwhelming

Pros: great location and nice enough space. Cons: late night outside noise made it impossible to sleep in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had very few appliances/pots. No linens provided. Checkout process was a lot given what we paid per night.

Best Girls’ Weekend Ever!

We stayed at George’s condo for three nights for a girls’ getaway to celebrate all of our milestone birthdays. The place is beautiful and spotless and exactly as pictured—even nicer. The location is ideal. Walkable to everything. We never moved the car. The balcony is so nice with room for all six of us to hang out for coffee in the morning, cocktails the afternoon, and sunset in the evening. All the beds were comfortable. The pool area is lovely. We walked to the beach and dinner/drinks and took the jolly trolley or Uber to/from Rehoboth. George was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. His directions were super clear making check in and check out simple. It was all so easy and convenient and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo!

George was an awesome host. Very responsive and all of his communications were very helpful and detailed. The location was perfect and the condo itself was beautiful. The huge balcony was the best part! I will definitely stay at this condo again! Book it!

Perfect beach vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here at the bay! The location was perfect to everything we wanted to access and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The balcony gave us a place to relax morning, noon and night, and we didn’t mind the noise from nearby bars. The unit was spacious and clean- we would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our family vacation so much! Everything was close the pool was beautiful and the sunsets even better. The property manager was very responsive but once we checked in we didn’t need anything.

4th of July family get-away

Great, modern condo with a super great location! Loved spending time on the large balcony that overlooked the bay (great sunsets)! We had front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks, which was an added bonus! Also really awesome that we had access to the outdoor heated pool, gas grills and fitness center. Only drawback was how loud and late the music ran at the nearby bars. We are already talking about coming back again!

Family vacation with grandchildren

Beautiful view of the bay and close access to the beach. Enjoyed the condo very much. Visit could have been easier if sheets for beds were included. When people fly into Philly, others in the family must supply the needs.
