“We had an incredible stay - Villa is prettier and bigger than in photos. Neighborhood is beautiful and sunset views were unforgettable. Beds were all kings and very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature fantastic. Rosa was so helpful and got us whatever we needed. We want to come back again!”

“Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren...

“Die Lage erhöht über Peguera ist super. Die Villa mit ihren 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Badezimmern, 4Küchen und 2 grossen Wohnzimmern ist genial. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen!”

“Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…).”

“This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

“The house was great. perfect for relaxing around the swimming pool, terrasse and BBQ. fantastic views of Palma. the area is beautiful but rather far from the center. highly recommend renting a car as the taxi service in Palma is constantly saturated.”

“Tolle Finca, Schöner Pool, gute Entfernung zur nächsten Ortschaft mit leckeren Restaurants, Wenig Küchenutensilien ( zB nur Kapselkaffeemaschine, kein Staubsauger) Möblierung nicht passend, modriger Geruch. Pobleme bei Müllentsorgung .”

“Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...
