Good business hotel for short stays

Although a bit quirky configured (the reception and lobby are on 6th floor of a commercial building), the staff are efficient and happy to provide good service. Internet is good although might be slowed down by the number of devices connected. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes mainly of the Indian variety. Quality and presentation are better than expected of this type of hotel which was a pleasant surprise. The plate portions are extra generous and can easily satisfy two diners for the price of one. The top bar offers nightly entertainment programme by offering singing opportunity to young female talents accompanied by orchestra. Which is quite nice. One word of warning - the restaurant and the bar are not insulated from smoking areas nearby so second hand smoke is likely especially in the evening. Areas

従業員の方は皆親切！

ダッカの中心の大通りにあります。フロントもレストランの方も、皆とても親切で、フレンドリーです。部屋は、清潔感があります。窓に少しすき間があるものの、気にはなりませんでした。町のクラクションが一晩中鳴っているので、防音としてはいまいちかも。総じて、良いホテルだと思います。

Warning!!! Avoid this Hotel

Staff is RUDE, the whole hotel is very dirty, the breakfast make me sick for 5 days. Never go back again!

客室自体は清潔であるが、ホテルの建物の北側は安アパート街、南側は卸売市場なのであまり清潔とではない。警備はしっかりしているので安心。お湯が出なくなることがあったのでその点は要改善です。

Disappointing Stay

I stayed in this hotel in March 2016 and went back again this time in August. The stay was very disappointing the internet was not working for two days in my room on the 12th floor, only working in part of the room not in entire room. I was shifted to 10th floor, but still the internet speed was poor. The shocking experience was rat moving around in the buffet table at the breakfast, the hotel staff and three more guests witnessed it. The rat was moving around the dishes on the table. Overall an experience never to be remembered!

Awesome staff!

A great stay because of the staff. They are an asset for this hotel, they made the stay memorable. I would come back and shake their hands for the effort they make day in and day out. Food was great. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The gym was run down and old. The equipment did not work. The neighborhood was noisy.

Don't just go by the brand name!

Not up to the mark for such a brand. Or stay did not at all justify for the price we paid. Room was okay, locations was okay. The comfort level was missing over all. Location wasn't great. Room lighting was very dull, Shower cubicle was very small, Wi-Fi disconnected all the time, We were charged high(different from menu price) for the food. Good points: Staff was friendly, rooms were neat.

The price is not worth it

I did not like the hotel. I just stayed there because the location near the Hospital I had to go. The only thing good was the hospitality of the staff. The street was terrible and the bath was small and water did not worked well.

I will stay the other hotel next time.

It was no slipper, no coffee, no tea, no tooth brush, no tooth paste. The complementary water bottle was too big 2litter, and it was difficult to bring out. It was noisy by automobile horn even in the night time. There was limited kinds of breakfast menu. There was no small TAKA notes for exchange.

In Dhaka for business trip

Unfortunately the quality/price ratio of hotels in Dhaka is very bad and this hotel is no exception. OK for business trip. nothing more.

Best Western La Vinci was a great little hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean with good facilities! The breakfast was top notch and I couldn't fault the service, nothing was too difficult for any of the staff.

ダッカ市街地であり、どこへ行くにも動きやすロケーション。ただ、ホテル出入り口は、大通りから入った市場に通じる道路沿いであり埃っぽい感じ。雨期でもあったせいで、スコールで道路が冠水する日が多く、ホテル入口前への車寄せが出来ないと足元がずぶ濡れになるのは必至。駐車エリアが狭いが係員が誘導はしてくれ、ずぶ濡れになることはなかった。それ以外は、全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが良く、日本人の観光客も団体で宿泊してそれなりに安心できるホテルではあった。

部屋にスリッパが置いてない。依頼したら、ゴムサンダルを持ってきた。 石鹸、シャンプーはあったが、歯ブラシは置いてなかった。 （以上は一緒に宿泊した同僚の部屋も同じ） エアコン室外機の音（うなり音）が天井から聞こえてきており 睡眠できなかった。 ニ度と利用したくない。

Friendly place in central but noisy neighbourhood

I stayed for 5 nights. Staff were very friendly and helped me to get my lost suitcase back. The hotel is located near a mall and not far from the city. The main fresh food market is behind the hotel. Great to visit but noisy at night when farmers bring the food. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel but had a nice and relaxed feeling. As a single female traveler, I found the hotel itself very safe. There might be better neighbourhoods to stay at for walking around. Overall a positive stay.

Professional service. The neighborhood is... well-worn. Such is life, and this was a good value anyway.
