It has a nice bed and bathroom However, It is an old building and you can hear the noise from other rooms so not very relaxing or private to hang out in. The self check in means you see no staff but the pub staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything. Located a 10 min walk from Knepp wilding project so convenient for us. ”

The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. “It is a weird place the entrance to the hotel is that of a pub/disco club but you can access to the hotel itself only with your room key. Staff is really nice and helpful. On Friday night we had a room on the 4th floor not to hear the noise but it is fun. Rooms small but comfortable bed and with everything you need. Mirrors on the bathroom heated so they don’t get foggy (a touch of class we thought) Abundant and nice breakfast. Excellent quality/price when in Brighton will definitely book back...
