Welcome to The Lookout, a beautifully designed and newly built coastal retreat located within Serenity Resort. Set across multiple levels, this spacious five-bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its elevated position, with the standout feature being the top-floor balcony and sitting area capturing panoramic views across Diamond Beach. Occupying the entire top level, this private lookout space is the perfect place to enjoy sunrise over the ocean, relax with a drink in the evening, or simply take in the sweeping coastal views.

Inside, the home offers generous living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The upstairs lounge creates a cosy retreat with an electric fireplace and Smart TV, making it a welcoming space to unwind while still enjoying the outlook toward the ocean. A second lounge downstairs, also with a Smart TV, provides another comfortable area for guests to relax, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together.

The home comfortably accommodates larger groups with five bedrooms and a flexible bedding configuration of two king beds, two queen beds, and two single beds. The main bedroom features its own ensuite with a double vanity, offering extra space and convenience, while the main bathroom includes a large bath, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Designed to make the most of its coastal setting, the home also features multiple balconies at both the front and back, giving guests plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sea breeze and fresh coastal air. The top-floor balcony, however, is the true highlight — a private elevated lookout that inspired the home’s name.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for holiday living and includes a dishwasher for easy clean-up, while Starlink internet keeps you connected throughout your stay. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are also provided.

A large garage provides secure parking and additional storage space for beach gear, surfboards, or bikes. Guests staying at The Lookout also enjoy full access to the resort facilities at Serenity Resort, offering the added convenience of resort-style amenities while still enjoying the privacy of your own home. This also includes an EV car charging station located opposite to reception, please note that this is managed by the resort.

Diamond Beach is a relaxed coastal village known for its long, uncrowded stretch of shoreline, perfect for swimming, fishing, and scenic beach walks. A local café and nearby picnic areas make it easy to enjoy the outdoors, while the larger coastal centres of Forster and Tuncurry are only a short drive away for restaurants, shops, and waterways to explore.
