After days of searching and planning, I chose this property for a prayer retreat with four other women. The layout of the home seemed perfect for an intimate time of fellowship and communion with God. My decision to book with them was based on the promising amenities and ideal location.However, upon arrival, we noticed that the property was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. There were spider webs in every corner and room, and an unwelcoming odor suggested the property had not been opened or occupied for some time. We attempted to address this by spraying deodorizer and began unpacking.Additionally, we encountered issues with the bathroom facilities. They were not in a condition suitable for welcoming guests. The shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash dispenser had very old product inside the containes. of my companions took it upon herself to clean both bathrooms. The patio furniture was also in a similar state, having not been cleaned for some time.We were eager to enjoy our stay, but sadly, it did not meet our expectations. The uncleaned outdoor furniture prevented us from using the decks, which was disappointing. While I understand that some dust accumulation is normal over time, the extent of neglect was concerning.To my reluctance, I am unable provide a positive review under these circumstances, especially considering our reservation was made well in advance. I trust that sharing this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.
