“This is a split review because the view of this property makes everything worth it. But, there were some downsides to the experience as well. “1st stay at Fisherman's Cottage and we were thrilled with the cottage. Close walking distance to beach. Cottage clean, comfortable, had all the essentials we needed. Had a couple of issues, called for assistance and received prompt service, including serviceman coming to cottage to check heater. Excellent. Only other issue were ants in the kitchen each morning. Let management know at our departure. We will be booking again!!!”

“Adorable cabin right on the creek. It had all the necessities, enough kitchen stuff to cook a bit there, and plenty of blankets and space heaters to stay cozy on cold evenings. During the day, it's a close walk to a state beach (not dog friendly) or short drive to other beaches, hiking, and little towns like Valley Ford and Bodega Bay. Cabin was clean and tidy with easy check in/out via text. Overall a great stay!”

“Perfect little get away for our anniversary. Room was clean, but had a weird smell in the room, but we opened the windows and it went away. We had the Starlight room and it was beautiful, overlooking the water. There is no patio or personal balcony for this room but it was still perfect. We stayed for 3 nights, and there was plenty to do all around. Starlight room has utensils, cups, plates, a fridge and microwave. ”

“It was not what we expected because of the photos on the website. The views are pretty nice and the room and bathroom were clean. But the rest of the hotel was in degraded condition, like missing serious maintenance. All the outdoor furniture was old and rusty. The swimming-pool was horrible, the bottom was green because of the scaling paint and it was not appealing at all. ”
