Condominio remodelado justo en el lago Dillon y cerca de muchos centros de esquí (Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain y más).
Hay tantas actividades durante todo el año, desde ir a las pistas hasta practicar paddle, kayak, andar en bicicleta, no te decepcionará.

Sobre el lugar:
Tome el corto tramo de escaleras hasta la unidad, compartiendo la entrada principal con otro condominio. Acceso de entrada sin llave a ambas puertas. Tome las escaleras hasta la unidad superior (puerta izquierda). Casi todo fue remodelado. Entrarás a la sala de estar con una cocina completa. TV LED de 60 "con paquete de cable HD, netflix, amazon prime. WIFI gratuito disponible. El sofá cama Queen está disponible para espacio extra. Nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimera, isla, pisos ... La cocina está repleta de todo lo que pueda necesitar si desea cocinar o simplemente disfrutar de una taza de café. El tocador extra grande con espejo de gran tamaño conduce al baño. Nuevo trabajo de azulejos, ducha, inodoro ... El dormitorio tiene una cama queen con cortinas opacas. Probablemente la mejor característica es la vista desde el balcón. Disfruta de la cordillera y la vista al lago.

Sobre el barrio:
A poca distancia de restaurantes (Pug Ryans, Arapahoe Cafe y Pub Down Under, Lakeside bowling ...), conducir varias millas lo llevará a Dam Brewery, Red Mountain Grill, el supermercado City Market, centros comerciales. Fácil acceso al lago Dillon - puerto deportivo. Cerca de las paradas de autobús gratuitas de Summit Stage.

Sobre estacionamiento:
Estacione al frente de la unidad. Es por orden de llegada. Asegúrese de mostrar el pase de estacionamiento que quedará en la unidad. Si no hay estacionamiento disponible dentro de los edificios del club de yates, el estacionamiento más cercano está a 1/4 de milla cerca de la cervecería Pug Ryans. Se proporcionará un mapa.

Clean and a great view!

Condo was clean with a great view of Dillon reservoir! No complaints about our stay just be aware the entrance has a lot of stairs and you do share an entrance door with the neighboring condo. Would be great for families, couples, or a group wanting to have a weekend away at the lake!

Excellent Space

We stayed at Remi's property for a concert at the amphitheater and it was perfect. The home was well stocked with nearly everything we needed to make our meals. The WiFi signal was excellent for working remotely (on the balcony, of course), and the TV allowed us to catch up on our shows after a day of adventure. The location is amazing for walking to almost everything we did, to include the concert, kayaking/paddleboarding, and restaurants/pubs. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect location

We stayed here to attend a concert at Dillon Amphitheatre! It was the perfect walk to the venue and the place met all of our needs and was exactly as advertised. Would definitely return to this property!

Great Condo in Dillon

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location, especially the view of the lake. Cooking essentials were provided and we had everything we needed to make meals. Contact with Remi was easy and fast.

Perfect stay on Lake Dillon

Easy to find, clean, comfortable and convenient tiny condo. Enjoyed the balcony and lake view. Two sets of stairs to enter, should be noted for the less agile.

The View 😍

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and felt like home. I could sit on the balcony all day, the view is truly spectacular. We only had one instance where there were not enough parking spaces, so we parked a few blocks away, waited an hour until a space opened up, then went and got the car. This condo is in a safe neighborhood and it was a great opportunity for a walk. I will definitely be checking the availability of this condo the next time we visit Dillon.

Comfy cozy

Great for two adults. You could sleep two more in the living room, but the bathroom and kitchen are small. Great deck off the living room, overlooking Lake Dillon; my spent a lot of time out there. Part of a larger condo/apartment complex, which I wasn’t expecting, but we came off-season, so there were no issues. Spent little time in Dillon; went to Leadville for a day (had a great time!) and a half day in Breckinridge, which was our plan. The drives in the area were beautiful, easy and without incident. Owner was easy to work with, very accommodating and easy to work with. Remodeling was happening on the outside of the complex, which was not really an issue, but for parking; he was concerned about our comfort with that, however, and left us a bottle of wine(he knew it was our 40th anniversary!) very kind and thoughtful. Very comfortable place to stay for two nights, but we were out and about and mostly just slept there.

This place was fantastic! The views are just incredible & the unit is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Its been updated very nicely. The outside building is undergoing renovations which is very much needed but the unit is fabulous. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A Great Place to Spend a Long Weekend

My girlfriend and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and had a great trip. Checking in and checking out was painless. Personally we had no issue finding a parking space. Scenery off the balcony is amazing, I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family!

Relaxing stay.

While the building is older, the unit was updated and decorated nicely. Queen bed was super comfortable! Cute little kitchen that was well-stocked with staples. While May is a slow time for Dillon, we enjoyed walking along the waterfront, enjoying the views from the unit and hiking a nearby trail. The local restaurants offered great food and friendly staff.

The condo was perfect. Clean and everything as expected. My complaint is with parking. Just make sure you get there early and not too late on a Friday night. Maybe the past weekend was just a really busy weekend since I didn't see any other negative reviews concerning parking. I will say the owner did the best he could to address the situation.
