Appartement propre, fonctionnel ,calme, conforme à la description.Très bien situé à côté des halles et proche de la plage.La voiture est restéé au parking privé très pratique.Tout se fait à pieds ! De vraies vacances reposantes !

Apartment not ready to rent

The key collection system is extremely difficult, and after a long journey, unacceptable. Also the key return system. The request to haul your laundry across town to the office with the key, on return is insulating. How much did I pay? The apartment was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the floor which was also gritty. We felt the need to vacuum AND mop the floors before unpacking and we really aren't obsessed with cleanliness. The apartment was stuffed with the owners items. There was, literally, no cupboard or shelf space available for our things and we took at least an hour to create storage for ourselves. We had to make up the bed with a baffling array of gigantic duvet covers and two small duvets. I hope never to be expected to make a bed again in an apartment which was as expensive as this. It is clear that the owner considers his needs to be primary, and the agent considers that the only acceptable system is one where they minimize their efforts whilst the customer does ALL the work. We will not use Interhome again, and will ensure we use a firm that puts the customers needs ahead of its own

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Das zu diesem Appartement ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gehört ist sehr angenehm. Das was zu bemängeln war ist, daß das Essbesteck nicht sauber war und zudem gab es kein Licht in der Küchenzeile. Sonst war alles sehr gut.

Schimmel im Bad!!! Kein Schrank, wo man die Blusen aufhängen kann. Außer einem im Bad, bei der Feuchtigkeit wollte ich meine Blusen dort nicht aufhängen. Sonst war es noch staubig und die Fenster sind schmutzig gewesen. Es gibt leider kein Balkon. Die Wäsche muss in der Wohnung getrocknet werden. Die Lage ist super und es gibt ein Parkplatz, das ist viel Wert in Dinard

This apartment is well situated in the centre of Dinard. It was light, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the furniture adequate and the electrical appliances good. Because we were not driving we arranged for the key to be available on our arrival at the property, for an additional charge of $60. The cleaner was given this task but did not have the information literature with her until she came to pick up the keys at the end of our stay. No use to us then! Too many things were unexplained by her or by the correspondence prior to our visit and this made our visit less comfortable. It is this poor level of service that means we are unlikely to use Interhome in the future.

Well positioned, yet quiet

A lovely clean appartment, great position, 5 mins from beach & town centre, 1 minute from market hall, great boulangerie 50 yards away, so fresh bread and croissants for breakfast! Yet amazingly it was all so quiet. The appartment is on the 4th floor - it's the apex and the window to its left, so part of the ceiling is sloping. The lift is very close, and fast. The bed was comfortable and the place well furnished and equipped, didn't feel at all cramped. Our only problem was the invection hob, took us a while to work it out. The kitchenette does not have much in the way of prep surfaces, so only basic meals possible. We also had to buy a couple of mugs as the only cups were for coffee. Interhome in St Malo spoke English, were efficient and helpful, and fixed us up with holiday internet, which worked fine. The parking space is through the gated entry on left, it's a bit tight for a big vehicle. We chose to park in the street outside - no problem at all. We would definitely go back to this property and would recommend it to others. Dinard is a lovely resort with fantastic promenades either side of the beach, which extend into coastal paths, it's possible to walk miles in either direction. Nowhere was that cheap to eat out in however, and quite a few art galleries - the sign of a resort that doesn't want to attract loud chavvy types. Which suited us fine.
