The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 2 guests and features 1 sleeping area equipped with a double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a comfortable and well-considered space for 2 adults. The studio is thoughtfully furnished with a dining table and benefits from elegant parquet floors that lend warmth and character to the interior. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, and a microwave, offering everything needed for self-catering stays. The bathroom counts as 1 and features a shower and WC.
