Sin duda …No volveremos aquí !!
Es muy muy triste llegar con toda la ilusión a un establecimiento que me ha convencido por su página web muy atractiva y donde el interior nada o poco tiene que ver con lo ofertado… al llegar se te cae el mundo encima al ver un lugar descuidado, viejo, no antiguo , sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento… sucio el baño y la sala de estar del apartamento para tres personas fantasmagórico y nunca mejor dicho sofás.. mesa.. todo sucio y muy descuidado.. a un precio la noche de hotel de lujo.. pero..que está pasando..?.. tanto cuesta limpiar y mantener un hotel castillo que podría ser muy especial y emblemático en un lugar que causa rechazo.. y a un precio desorbitado para lo que se ofrece..?

ALOJARTE EN UN CASTILLO ESCOCÉS
Es un sitio idílico y cautivador, con una puesta en escena temática muy buena. Una conservación muy adecuada. El servicio es fantástico, personal atento, amable y educado. Muy buena cocina para cena y desayuno. Y el precio bastante razonable. Muy recomendable

En general la valoración del hotel es buena, aunque esperabamos algo mas. Hay que subir muchas escaleras con las maletas a cuestas, para llegar hasta el último piso. El desayuno es correcto, sin mas. A unos les toca una habitación mas grande, y a otros como a nosotros nos tocó una super pequeña, que desmerecía todo el encanto del hotel. Pedímos que nos cambiaran a una mas grande, pero como siempre te dicen que está el hotel lleno, y te tienes que aguantar.

We stayed in two rooms during our stay. The oak room, which is the most expensive, was nice, had a copper soaking tub and large bathroom. We stayed in The Davidson suite during our last night there. It was extremely nice and updated. Breakfast at the on site restaurant was also good.

This was an adorable experience. We booked last minute and didnt know what to expect. It had castle charm but modern comforts. Staff were amazing and prompt. Would stay again

Clean. Easy to get to. Friendly staff and easy parking. A little noisy with a slamming hallway door for a while but it stopped by time we settled in for the night

We enjoyed staying at this location. Dinner was excellent and nice to stay onsite. The Oak Room we stayed in made us feel like Lord and Lady of the manor. She appreciated the golden tub and rooms anesthetics. Bed was comfy and had a good time. Was enjoyable stay and glad we visited while in the Highlands.

All the staff were all genuinely friendly and a big positive for the hotel; facilities and conditions were fairly stereo typical 3 star standards where financial constraints take effect. Staff made the difference 👍

Tulloch Castle is pretty impressive. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff are friendly and the building is warm & inviting. A perfect place for a dram on a cold evening.

Great visit - look forward to returning
Had a great night stay at Tulloch Castle Hotel while visiting family locally. The staff were very helpful especially night porter. Only downside was with it being an old building we were on the top floor and there was no lift but we managed.

Wonderful experience staying in a real castle. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are new and super clean, we had a far better experience here than in some 5* hotels in UK.

Good location
Impressive building. Stunning entrance but my room was rubbish. Rather grubby, dreadful pillows on the bed, gloomy & dull. Bathroom was ok , good shower. Miserable service in the bar / restaurant, & very disappointing meal which was grossly overpriced for what it was. I suspect other rooms might be better than mine as it bore no resemblance to the photos on the website.

Tulloch Castle liegt etwas außerhalb von Dingwall auf einer kleinen Anhöhe bei der man bei guter Sicht einen schönen Blick bis nach Inverness hat. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal im Hotelbereich sowie im Restaurant und der Bar war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Form von 3-Gänge Menü waren sehr gut. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Loved this castle! It was a unique experience. The view from our balcony was beautiful! We had breakfast in the restaurant, and it was good overall.

We wanted to stay in a castle and this one met our needs. It is a beautiful old castle. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We stayed in the McKenzie apartment. It was VERY large, two large bedrooms and two full baths plus a living/dining room. The apartment is in the tower so our son likes that. It could use a good “spring clean” and some new furniture in the living/dining room. If you want the castle experience, I would recommend it. It would be nice to know more about the history from the folks that work there.

Little disappointed in stay
Not great for the price. The coffee cups in room looked used. The tv remote was missing. No shower gel or soap. Expected a lot more for the price. Dinner is the dining room (only eat there if you like fish) not much else on the menu.

Reasonable price terrible checking credit card number entered on computer keyboard several times told card did not work entered new card several times and finally asked zip code and card entered. Told room over that way on second floor. Not that easy two second floors had to wonder around with three other guests checking in. Finally beautiful fireplace we were told she was having trouble lighting.
