Unspoilt town in Bavaria mostly dating from the 15th Century. Parking is limited to 1 hr in the old town but is free just outside the town walls. We stayed in a converted farm house called Hotel Haus Appelberg which we would happily recommend. It has a parking garage that you should request in advance for €5 per night..lots of Cafe/Bars and cobbled streets help you to soak up the atmosphere. Just off autobahn A7 near Stuttgart..Enjoy ❤️
Very quite small town
Dinkelsbühl is a historic town in Central Franconia, a region of Germany that is now part of the state of Bavaria, in southern Germany. Dinkelsbühl is a former Free imperial city of the Holy Roman Empire. In local government terms, Dinkelsbühl lies near the western edge of the Landkreis of district of Ansbach, north of Aalen. Dinkelsbühl lies on the northern part of the Romantic Road, and is one of three particularly striking historic towns on the northern part of the route, the others being Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nördlingen. The town lies on the southern edge of the Franconian Heights and on the River Wörnitz, which rises in the town of Schillingsfürst.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, top ausgestattet und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Möglichkeit in der Altstadt die Zeit zu verbringen und am Nachmittag im Wellness-Bereich für ein Wochenende klasse. Abends waren wir noch an der Bar, kann ich nur empfehlen

Todo excelente, buena ubicación, personal amable, comida muy rica, habitación moderna en un edificio antiguo. Lo único es tener cuidado con los parquímetros en caso de llevar coche, hay estacionamiento gratuito a las afueras de la ciudad y queda muy cerca caminando.
