Bungalow + rowboat + internet - right on the water in a perfect quiet south facing position

The house is located in a bungalow park in Dirkshorn, 14 km north of the famous cheese town of Alkmaar. The dreamlike, quiet south-facing position of the house in the immediate vicinity of the canal and the wonderful distant view will turn your holiday into pure relaxation.

The bungalow is detached and fully furnished for 6 people. In addition to an open kitchen, a dining area and the living room, there is a new bathroom with shower / toilet and 3 bedrooms in the house. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds, one with a French double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a microwave / oven combination with circulating air. In addition to the usual devices such as toasters, coffee machines and kettles, we have a WMF coffee pad machine for you. In the living area there is a cozy corner couch next to the living room furniture that invites you to linger. An LED TV with digital satellite is also available and offers razor-sharp images.
All usual German channels are of course available.

For long evenings there are enough board games for children and adults.

Free WiFi is of course also available.

A rowboat belongs to the bungalow. This can be used ideally on the canal adjacent to the house. Children especially have a lot of fun with this!
There is also a 7 kg washing machine with drying rack and ironing board available. This is very helpful, especially for long stays with children. Of course, everything can be used free of charge for our guests!

The large terrace with a quiet southern exposure and unobstructed views invites you to linger. For the outdoor area there are 6 garden chairs, a table with a parasol and two deck chairs. The mobile stainless steel grill, which is part of the house, can be used here

You only need to bring your own towels, kitchen towels and bed linen.

Of course, a reserved parking space is also available.

Pets are not allowed in this house!

For the final cleaning, a one-time fee of only 65 euros is charged for the entire bungalow.

Surroundings:
Dirkshorn is a small, slightly off the beaten track (7 km). It offers many opportunities for rest and relaxation. Nevertheless, there is a supermarket, a heated outdoor pool, a surf lake, a pond and endless opportunities for fishing or hiking on the beautiful canals.
At the entrance to Dirkshorn there is a new 18-hole luxury golf course.
Here you can, among other things (even without golf membership), satisfy the small and large hunger in a great atmosphere. Good food for relatively low prices - it's worth trying it out!

Gourmet friends drive z. B. in the neighboring town of Schagen. There are many restaurants there; at least one of them is at the star chef level!
Furthermore, within a radius of 10 km you will find several very good restaurants with really fine cuisine, which are unparalleled in Germany. The upscale gastronomy has only developed extremely in recent years. Give it a try - we would be happy to recommend one or the other restaurant on request.

You can reach the dunes and the sea by bike or car.

North Holland has the longest and most beautiful sandy beaches in the Netherlands and at the same time the largest and most forested dunes in the Netherlands - in the immediate vicinity.

Many small beautiful fishing villages along the IJsselmeer invite you to shop, saute or just to linger.

Anyone who has ever been to North Holland always comes back - for sure!
