“The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. “The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal.
