“At our checkin we arrived very late and tired and got a noisy room, I believe it was the air conditioning machine on the roof or something like that, when I complained they told me there were no options to change room and inquired if I was a Hilton honors member. Other than that the stay was pleasant and out checkin and checkout assistance was great.”
