“My kids got an entire upper floor for themselves and I got a large room with a big bed and beautiful bathroom to myself. It was perfect! Better than any cramped hotel. The only issue was the person in the front unit kept inviting people over every night and being super loud. There is only a door between the units and I feel some better sound proofing could be done because we heard everything. “We were in Arlington for the Post and Jelly Roll concert. This house was very close, a short drive to the venue. We Uber’d and it was less than 10 each way and less than 10 minutes The house itself was very comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained, exactly what we were looking for. “House was nice and clean. Had easy access to all the things we wanted to do in Fort Worth. Kitchen was fully equipped except no toaster. (Since we only ate breakfast at the house - that would have helped.) Beds were comfy with nice sheets and loved the big fluffy towels. All-in-all it was a fun trip!”

“The communication was fast and easy from pre-booking until check-out. The house could use a few cosmetic repairs, but overall it was a nice house. We like to play games so the large table in the front was wonderful! Plenty of beds for everyone without feeling too cramped. Wonderful stay overall! ”

The property manager was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The reason for the 4-star review on the overall (instead of 5) was due to the first room in the home being very warm if the doors were closed.
