“At first the room keys werent there and we had to wait, after informing them we will be there in 30 mins. Once we arrived in the room, the bathroom had water all around the seat and was totally wet like someone had just used it. The walls had discoloration and a smell. We have taken pictures.”

The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. ”
