“This is an excellent location on the North Shore. The residence was clean and quiet, and I appreciate quiet. For the 2 of us there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Ritz resort. There was a lot to process when we arrived to get into the VRBO. Overall I would recommend. ”

“Great location! Close to beaches, food trucks, and hiking. Instructions were clear regarding check in process and property manager was responsive to questions. Beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels and sand toys were available. My only recommendation would be to have the AC on the day guests arrive. We were hot and sweaty after a long day and it took a couple hours to cool down the condo. Loved waking up to the sunrise and the lights on the patio made a cozy atmosphere. ”

“Wi-Fi could be set up and leave sign in code available. Few ants and three Big bugs, Scott was great at taking care of the situation. It took me a second look to find codes. It would be helpful if Wi-Fi, gate, front door codes were listed on a separate email. ”

“KItchen was very well equipped. Pools were beautiful and very well maintained. There was even a tranquility pool on the property as well as two community pools.The air conditioning system broke which made it difficult for our 6 month old grandson to sleep but Sandra was very responsive and got the system fixed as quickly as she could. She compensated us an extra day at the end of our stay which was extremely helpful. I certainly would rate this her as a excellent host.”
