“We were in town from Florida for the Flag Football Jr. Olympics with our 4 kids. I booked the property on the day of our arrival, so the app would only let me book for the next day. I contacted the host and he was nice enough to let us book for the same day and also let us extend a day. The check-in process was super easy. We just entered the door code and we were in. With the daybed in the loft space, each of our kids had their own space. I would have liked to see TVs in the two 4th floor...

“Excellent property that more than accommodated our family of four adult couples, each of whom got a spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked extremely well on a hot humid Houston weekend. The location was conveniently located in the heart of Rice village near all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Ann was quick and very responsive. The property was in great condition. Highly recommended overall.”
