“Great home, very clean and organized, loved the kitchen and it's supplies. Love how cold the bedrooms got at night and the living room too. Was a very convenient location to San Ignacio sights as well as driving to the caves and waterfalls. Better directions would be to drive up the hill from Karen's grocery store, turn right, turn left and turn left. The little sign at the end of the road was very helpful.”

“Great hosts, house and location. We were two couples. Everything was perfect for us. Hosts were great knowledge. For a reasonable addition fee they picked us up and took us to Belize City. Would highly recommend staying here. The restaurant / bar on the hill is fantastic!”

“I originally had some hesitation after reading older reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead with this stay. The host has clearly listened to feedback and made amazing upgrades. Now all the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made a huge difference—everyone slept comfortably even in the summer heat. They also added a water heater, so we enjoyed nice hot showers whenever we wanted, and we had absolutely no issues with the toilets during our stay.Overall, this home far exceeded our expectations....
