“Was surprised by condition of hotel especially in this area. Carpet and furniture worn and stained and laundry machines were quite old. But laundry was free beds larger than expected and very comfortable. Best part was the pleasant and helpful staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk staff went out of their way to keep us stocked with coffee and towels work the machines and get us around town. We are very grateful for all their help.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at TAI Urban Resort. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The best part was the infinity pool and gym. Staff was attentive and there to open car doors for us. It is about a 10 mins walk to get on the Green Line which will take you to The Pier2 Art Center. We took Uber to Dream Mall and walkable to the train station. ”
