“This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony.
The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes.
We look forward to another stay in the coming years.

“Very beautiful place, owner is very sweet! Parking was a bit annoying on and off as the restaurant also serves non staying guests. But we just would wait 20-30 min and would have an opening. Food was okay, but there was a good Italian pizza shop one or two minutes down from the road that was very good! ”

La atención muy buena.
Solo tuvimos problemas al checkin, porque no nos llego el qr por correo y teniamos que hacerlo por las maquinitas ya que la hora que llegamos la recepción cerrada.
Llamamos por teléfono y nos resolvieron. "
"Beautiful setting right on the lake with parking and right next to bus stop that takes you to Thun. Great breakfast. Needs better attention on the reception as there was no one there to do the check-in in the afternoon. Should've warned that the elevator was broken."
