“We had a great stay and felt the apartment was exactly as described. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space. We were 2 adults and had enough room for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient for us. “Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.”
