“Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. ”

“Segundo periodo en el que estuvimos alojados en este establecimiento durante nuestro viaje. Al ya tener experiencia para realizar la entrada no nos fue difícil. El contacto con el hotel lo realizamos siempre a través de correo electrónica. No hay recepción en la entrada pero no tuvimos inconvenientes. Mi comentario puede ser el mismo que el anterior. Muy buena zona para alojarse, bien comunicado. Cómodo, con espacio reducido pero suficiente para alojar 4 personas. Dispone de lavadora, pequeño...

“The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My only issue was with expedia not sure why I booked for four it changed to only a booking for 1 person. Thankfully, the staff were understanding and helped me fix the issue. Very nice quiet area very close to multiple shopping locations. Very close to the subways. Very walkable area, there is a convenience store across the street from the building there is also a few restaurants down the street. I was only there for one day but I strongly recommend...

“The place was quaint and easily accessible, easy for 5 of us to accommodate ourselves and make ourselves feel at home, at its price its a definite steal and great place to stay. Would gladly stay here again.”

“The place even if it is small is great for staying near Shinjuku, beds are confortable and bathroom and shower are nice, even if they're shared with the others. The only big issue is that personal don't clean enough, pillow covers weren't clean or changed and so the blankets, they were really stinky. Owner should put more atention into those details.”
