“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Third Street Lofts was absolutely beyond our expectations. The loft itself was stunning, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were some of the best we’ve ever slept on, which made it feel like a true getaway. The location could not have been more perfect. “Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...

“We have stayed at the Rib Mountain Inn for many years. The rooms are great, with a full kitchen and fireplace. The location next to Granite Peak ski makes it a short walk to the slopes. With the new reservation format, there is no service, we requested more towels and papertowels and never got a response. The sauna and outdoor hot tub are out of service(skiers like hot tubs). We did not see any location staff while we were at the inn.”
