“Good location, 1 block away from the subway You will need to pay a $45 usd “all access fee” for every night which supposedly includes the use of the hotel spaces, however the staff at the bar is rude and their service hours are limited. The rooms are really small, the closet is super tiny and you end up with a mess on the floor with all your stuff. The AC doesn’t work which sucks for New York weather…as it won’t cool off once if the temperature rises suddenly one day. I wouldn’t recommend...

“It is a very massive hotel. Elevators are crowded with waiting times, luggage storage line slow and crowded. The worst thing is the noise at anytime: you can hear your neighbors, the chating on the corridors, the ice machines. We couldn’t sleep well a couple of nights. It is a very bad experience for a worldwide brand as Hilton. Not good at all. It has changed my total perception about HILTON as a brand.”

“La habitación no le daban la limpieza necesaria dejaban los espejos sucios no me reponian las tazas para tomar cafe todos los dias les tenía que pedir que me las trajeran junto con las capsulas para cafe. Las señoritas de la limpieza tocaban la puerta o entraban cuando estaba el letrero de no molestar.”
