“clean room helpful staff”

“Honestly the only disappointment was the breakfast, it was sufficient but very basic. It was nice that their pet rooms didn't stink and beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. A suggestion for the hotel would be better pictures of the rooms on their website, based on the dim lighting of the pictures I expected worse but was pleasantly surprised once inside.”

“The front desk staff was fantastic! Very cery helpfull. The rooms are not great for people with walkers but he made every effort to accommodate me.”

“The room just OK. It was tolerable but I would not recommend it to anyone. One star was taken away because there was no hot water. I ran the tap for 8 min. Still no hot water. ”

“I got double charged for the room, I paid Expedia and I was late to check in. Expedia didn't provide a phone number for the motel, After the motel canceled the room, they then charged me a much higher rate. Expedia did not return my money,so not only was I forced to pay a higher amount, I also payed for it twice”

“Its a work in progress but a big improvement from before. Breakfast was fresh and very satisfying. We'll be staying there again.”

“No complaints on this hotel, just as expected for a basic hotel. Too bad that they can’t have a full continental breakfast because it’s connected to a restaurant”
