The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms (4 king rooms and 1 bunk room), making it well suited for families or groups of friends. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge space designed for shared meals and long evenings.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. A large terrace faces the waterfall and features a sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor shower, BBQ, and dining area. A second patio overlooks the fjord and offers a quieter space to sit and take in the surroundings.

Guests have access to the entire property, including both terraces and surrounding land. The property includes access to a black sand beach and peninsula, along with nearby walking routes toward the waterfall and into the valley.

The villa is located in a remote part of East Iceland, offering privacy and open space. A car is essential for access and exploring the area. Nearby towns with grocery stores and services are within driving distance, though opening hours may vary.
