This 1970s house was renovated in 2016 and features two full floors, a sauna with a second shower, and a wellness room in the basement. At the rear of the upper floor is a balcony that runs the entire length of the house, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. The upper floor also includes three bedrooms with double beds, a connecting room with a sofa bed, a room used as a library, and the bathroom. All rooms are connected by a spacious hallway.

Three LED TVs are provided for your entertainment. Wi-Fi is available, and Amazon Prime Music/Video is available in the living room – perfect for cozy winter evenings by the wood-burning stove in the "Shepherd's House" – your holiday home in the Volcanic Eifel region.
