A cozy and unique group house surrounded by nature

This group cottage can accommodate up to 15 people and consists of two buildings located on the same grounds, separated by only twenty meters. The whole offers a harmonious balance between large common areas and independent accommodation, allowing everyone to preserve their privacy while sharing convivial moments.

The main building, with an area of 250 m², is an old organic farm completely refurbished with taste by an architect specializing in feng shui. It has four bedrooms, including three very spacious triple rooms of 35 m² each and one double room. Extra beds can be added in the triple rooms. Each room has its own toilet and bathroom. The bedrooms and living rooms open up along a wide covered outdoor passageway, offering an unobstructed view of the garden and the surrounding mountains.

You will also find a living room with a cheerful and cosy atmosphere, a kitchen equipped with professional equipment and a convivial dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to sixteen people. Outside, garden furniture allows you to take full advantage of the natural setting.

The cottage also has a treatment room with shower and toilet, where Lucie offers well-being massages on reservation (€70 for one hour, €90 for 1h30). This room is private, except in the event that campers join the group: in fact, this room offers a bathroom and toilet, easily accessible directly from the terrace.

The secondary building is a charming detached cottage of 65 m², very bright. It consists of a double bedroom, a living-dining area with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. It is an ideal space for a couple or a small family wishing to be more independent.

The cottage is very well equipped for group stays, with two washing machines, a dryer, a dishwasher, two ovens, a microwave, two filter coffee makers and everything you need to cook comfortably. Bed linen can be provided on request, with towels included, for an extra charge.

The main building is heated by geothermal energy, offering a soft, diffused and particularly comfortable heat. Both buildings benefit from excellent insulation. The calm is absolute, with no roads nearby, only the sound of nature and birds.

The land is fully fenced, which makes it suitable for welcoming dogs, provided that they cohabit serenely with the cats present on site. The decoration is neat, sober and colorful, with a minimalist approach in the rooms, conducive to rest and relaxation. The whole place invites you to recharge your batteries and regenerate, in a region that is still preserved from mass tourism despite the richness of what it offers.

A large parking lot allows all visitors to park easily and safely. The nearest shops are about six minutes away by car. Clermont-Ferrand, the Chaîne des Puys and the Vulcania park can be reached in an hour and a quarter by car.

The cottage is entirely on one level and has been designed to be accessible to the elderly, people with reduced mobility and families with children. The circulation is wide, the showers are walk-in with ramps, and the total absence of stairs guarantees comfort and safety for all.
