“I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...

“Our stay was wonderful. It was steps away from the beach and there were restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and check-in and check out was very easy. The beach was not too crowded and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.”

“We loved staying at this location right on the beach! The owner Lisa, communicated well and was very welcoming. We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays and went crab hunting at night. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! The only reason there are not 5 stars was due to some maintenance issues with faucets, microwave and I wish there was a darkening curtain on the kids room instead of just blinds. “Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony...
