“Todo perfecto”

“This place is breathtaking. The land and the building are incredible. My only suggestion would be adding some AC or vent, with the heat wave our room was very hot and no AC is available, and we couldn't open the windows, but suffocating. I would definitely come back”

“Outstanding and caring staff optimised our stay. Gorgeous food and it was great to chat with the owner. Suggest an EV charge point for guests would be an enhancement. There was a commercial point just a couple of miles away in town, but being able to charge overnight would save time in our day and make sure we were ready to travel around visiting the region. Only minor inconvenience was the shower: needing to be handheld is not a ‘luxury’ feature as listed - if they could be properly wall...

“Great location but very noisy in our front room at the weekend with revellers coming out other pubs. Staff all really helpful and can't do enough for you. Plenty choice at breakfast”

“Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower roof is on a slant so I managed to stand upright, just, but any taller and you would struggle. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

“Buen desayuno”

“The restaurant next door was lovely for a quick bite. The room and hotel were great and a good location for our needs. The staff was excellent. The only thing we found that could have been better was our shower head was leaking sideways and was impossible to keep it from creating a tiny river on the bathroom floor. If you’re booking this location for a out of Edinburgh stay before a flight - make sure you factor in traffic / travel time that is sufficient to get through a morning rush hour &...

Elegante.”

“Very helpful staff. Good food. Excellent location.”
