“The hotel is great in terms of design but too messy and poorly managed. The information desk does not speak english enough and they are not really helpful. Because of the rooftop being for external tourist, the pool closes too early and is always super noisy with loud music. Not a relaxing hotel at all. Also, they make up rules as they go. We had booked a week and only stayed 2 days with no refund. Worse hotel we've stayed in 25 years. The only thing good about the place is the breakfast.”
