“Location is perfect, walkable to most of the tourists' places. Hotel is still pretty new with that fresh paint smell (if you are sensitive to smell, let the staffs know, they can light some candles to help with the new paint smell away). Speaking of the staffs, very friendly, very thorough explaining the hotel. Two 24/7 seven eleven within 1-2 walk away. Washer and dryer are at the basement (complimentary which was nice to have two weeks of clothing smelling fresh again). No hotel breakfast but...

“Excellent location ! We were able to get to the opera and into the Hop on hop off bus from a walkable distance ! The room was in excellent conditions and the restaurant excellent ! ”

“I only stayed one night but it was a great affordable hotel that was super clean, no signs of mold, and had a comfortable bed with soft sheets. The location was very convenient too being in the cafe apartments. Staff is also very nice and communicated through expedia & zalo very well. Some things to note is that elevator can be slow during the day time and even though there are black out curtains, light might still shine through from the busy streets in case anyone is sensitive to light. “My room was comfortable and the air conditioner which worked well it had a Japanese toilet so that was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi bath tub did not function which was a big disappointment. Outside the hotel at the corner of the block had a lot of garbage and smelled bad when I would walk by.”
