“Honestly have no word. The listing was really nice, but days before the checking was moved to another room. One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night”

The unit was dirty upon arrival, we had to remove the hair that was in the shower because it wouldn’t drain properly. The toilet was nasty and was not cleaned properly. I would not recommend that you to keep offering this location to anyone because it will give Hotel.com a bad name!! ”

“Continently located close by the airport, the property provides access to local shops and restaurants. During our stay, we have number of false fire alarms including in the early mornings which was not ideal. ”

“I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils.”

“checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip.”

“I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center.
