The living and dining area includes an open-hearth fireplace, used exclusively for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to one of the 4 balconies that surround the property, offering stunning views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and opens onto a balcony. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed and also benefits from balcony access. The third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds arranged in a 2 x 1 configuration and likewise opens onto a balcony. The kitchen and living room area is combined into a single convivial space featuring a bar and access to a further balcony. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
