20 acres de hermosas vistas, amplio estacionamiento, con vista al lago Cascade

ENORMES VISTAS A LA CASCADA Y LA MONTAÑA DEL LAGO! Esta casa inmaculada en 20 acres linda con terrenos públicos. Concepto central de la gran sala con pisos de madera, pisos de baldosas, acogedora chimenea de leña y encimeras de granito.  Relájese y disfrute de las vistas del lago Cascade y la cordillera West Mountain desde la habitación familiar o el dormitorio principal. Tres habitaciones, 2 baños completos y un garaje para 2 autos. Ubicado cerca de la rampa para botes Sugarloaf y no lejos de la estación de esquí Tamarack, Cascade o McCall.




La cabina es accesible durante todo el año y se encuentra cerca de la autopista 55 de Idaho (carretera principal de norte a sur en el centro de Idaho).  Hay mucho espacio para sus juguetes y remolques; El área de estacionamiento es de 75 'de ancho por 100' de profundidad y puede acomodar múltiples camiones y remolques.  




Permitimos eventos con una tarifa de evento y arreglos y deben hacerse con nosotros de antemano.  No hay tarifa siempre y cuando no haya más que el número máximo en el sitio que se anuncia según lo permitido para la propiedad (12 personas, que incluye invitados de día).  Nuevamente, si desea alojar a más personas, pregunte y estaremos encantados de analizar cómo podemos ayudarlo.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. It’s in a great location and, as listed the views were amazing. It was quiet with no close neighbors, a perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy. There was great communication, even in the home itself…everything was labeled and easy to find. I highly recommend.

Secluded home with a very nice view of the lake. 8 minute drive to the town of cascade. Family had fun and we enjoyed our stay.

Secluded Cabin Retreat

Amazing honeymoon retreat! Kind of in the middle of nowhere, which was perfect for us. Up on a hill overlooking the lake and far enough from the freeway and other houses to feel like a private cabin. Had a small issue with a remote that they helped us fix promptly and professionally.

Ice Fishing Family Style

Comfortable home for family gatherings. Large open floor plan to socialize with family. I loved the open kitchen, with an amazing view. The master bedroom was wonderful! We had an issue with the house being too cold at first. The property manager helped us very quickly!

Nice and Quiet

The house was very nice and well setup. A problem with the heat and it was resolved as quickly as possible. The home is well stocked and ready for a group. There are no cleaning supplies (brooms, vacuum, cloths, etc) whatsoever. That made it hard to clean up after ourselves. The VRBO listing said the house was in Donnelly, but really it is outside of Cascade. Just wish we had known that beforehand. Overall a nice place and we would stay there again.

We came up to disconnect, relax, enjoy the outdoors, and celebrate my 40th birthday. This place did not disappoint. Being the end of July, we weren’t expecting rain on our 1st night, but it was a pleasant surprise. Walking around the property and hearing the rain hit the trees and everything else was relaxing. The views from the cabin of the lake, mountains, trees, and nearby cows really makes this place special. The kitchen is big, nice place to gather for any meal. Pool table in the garage and board games in the living room for indoor fun. Fire pit with bench seating for roasting marshmallows. Amazing night sky for stargazing. I only regret not booking a longer trip. Very clean and provided all the necessities to prep, cook, serve meals and clean up after ourselves. Cupboard and drawers were labeled which made finding and putting things away a breeze. Clean towels and linens with simple expected clean up instructions. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Relaxing with a view

We went up to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday and had such a nice time! Everything was clean and well maintained. The view of the lake and the sunset on the mountains was amazing. It was very relaxing.

Zero Hospitality , False Advertising!

In the meddle of nowhere 2 miles away from a infected lake at the time of our visit, we start our journey with a request for a fee per hour if we want to get inside the cabin early! This was the "best" hospitality we ever received! They advertising a large soaker jetted tub which can't be used because not enough hot water/ small boiler! They request to take the garbage away and ... and amazing to run the laundry for them after you paid separate for cleaning and most rip off another fee for linens! The 2 car garage is real but only one car can be parked because is a heavy , big pool table inside! Today nothing was corrected in their advertising after our complaint. More the VRBO ask me to review and resubmit with adjustments my review.

Star Gazing

Sugarloaf Shack sits far off the highway with a great view of the western sunset. The house has a ton of room and with plenty for everyone to do. Huge kitchen and dining area. Best part of our stay was going out back and doing some star gazing. I haven’t seen so many stars since I was young! Beautiful place!

After a slight glitch with the Air Conditioner we had a wonderful time at this lovely place. The scenery was magnificent and the house was very nice. We shall stay here again.
