House was beautiful but not taken care of very well by property manager. We spent over 4k for two nights to celebrate NYE and we couldn’t use anything outside the property because it was broken. We couldn’t use the outdoor fire place (out of order sign on it) or the hot tub because it was absolutely disgusting and even after someone came out to fix and treat it, it was not usable. The door knob on the Master suite was falling off and there was an insane amount of dead gnats everywhere. The grosses part was the amount of gnats that were sucked up into the greasy range top fan vent that probably hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. This is a property that we probably would have rented again if it was remedied properly. I was told by the manager that they would make things right, whatever that means. I’m still waiting. I’m not saying this was a bad property but our plans were ruined by not being able to use the full potential of the amenities. If you are gonna charge top dollar please make sure your place is pristine and usable.
