“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments.
The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee.
Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that...

“I like this hotel location , design of hotel, view from window, and comfortable inside.
Some other near pool women destroyed my car of scratches because do not like when I parked near their car. However, very quant and clean hotel.
Only what I did not like : no people for help in hotel , all was online .”

“This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. 10/10 Excelente
La variedad de restaurantes, servicios y actividades es excelente. Casi como estar en un crucero.
La comida es excelente y el servicio. Como punto a señalar fue que un braker de nuestra habitación dio problemas durante dos días, pero finalmente lo resolvieron.
