“The place looked beautiful and perfect for our family online. Unfortunately, we received a message two days before our arrival, saying that our reservation had not been confirmed by the property and that one day in the middle of our trip was not confirmed. Because of this, we decided to cancel our reservation entirely and found alternate accommodations on another site. We were fully refunded but lost out on the trip insurance fee we paid for. We were very disappointed as we were looking forward...

“As much as I would like to give 5-stars, it's not going to happen. More like 2 1/2 stars. Here goes: *There is a missing bulb in one of the fixtures in the king room. Bedside lamp had burnt out bulb in same room. Burnt out bulb over tub. Damaged bulb over dining table. Burnt out bulb under microwave/over range (I like using this as my nightlight.). Missing bulb in shower room over left side sink. *Some towels were threadbare (but wife says softener or other with extra rinse cycle might help)....
